Refund policy

For the first 7 days of your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund. (This does not apply to shears – see below for more information on shears). You can return for a refund for 8 to 30 days from the date of purchase less a $25.00 return fee for electronics and $35.00 for shears). You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

• If your shear is opened, there is a $35 fee to return your shear even if returned within the first 7 days.
• The $35 return fee will apply to any shear return after 7 days regardless of if the shear is opened or not.
• We will refund the cost of your product (minus any fees) back to the payment method you used to purchase your product.
• If purchased using our third-party partner, Shop Pay, please contact Shop Pay directly for more information on any refund/service fees they may deduct.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNS

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required to return an item for refund. Please send an email to info@samvilla.com to request the RA form link to fill out.

• Returns must be made within the time limit specified here.
• Returned products must be in new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.
  
• Items that qualify for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost is not refundable.
• We do not accept returns for refund after 30 days of purchase.

Some items may not be returned for a refund once opened:

• Mannequins
• Brushes & Combs
• Clips
• Shear Cases
• Capes
• Hair Grips

Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive the package for your return/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
