Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer flat rate shipping: We offer $14.95 flat rate shipping to the United States. Free shipping on orders over $150.
International Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping: We offer $49.95 flat rate shipping. Shipping and delivery times vary and can take up to 30 days. Shipping times may be slower due to high volume of orders being processed.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Allvus LLC Sam Villa is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@samvilla.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
For the first 7 days of your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund. (This does not apply to shears – see below for more information on shears). You can return for a refund for 8 to 30 days from the date of purchase less a $25.00 return fee for electronics and $35.00 for shears). You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
- If your shear is opened, there is a $35 fee to return your shear even if returned within the first 7 days.
- The $35 return fee will apply to any shear return after 7 days regardless of if the shear is opened or not.
- We will refund the cost of your product (minus any fees) back to the payment method you used to purchase your product.
- If purchased using our third-party partner, Shop Pay, please contact Shop Pay directly for more information on any refund/service fees they may deduct.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNS
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required to return an item for refund. Please send an email to info@samvilla.com to request the RA form link to fill out.
- Returns must be made within the time limit specified here.
- Returned products must be in new condition and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories.
- Items purchased at trade shows, events, or distributors, such as Salon Centric, are unable to be returned to Sam Villa® for refund. Trade show and event sales are final. If you purchased from a distributor, such as Salon Centric, you must contact the distributor for a refund.
- Items that qualify for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost is not refundable.
- We do not accept returns for refund after 30 days of purchase.
Some items may not be returned for a refund once opened:
- Mannequins
- Brushes & Combs
- Clips
- Shear Cases
- Capes
Please allow 14 business days after we receive the package for your return/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
