Already bought a pair previously.

It was great when I first started using them. I had to send in for sharpening to persuasion edge. It came back with the plastic peace in the middle chipped and I only noticed it when I tried to tighten it and it was continuously loosening up. So I sent them back. It looked like they fixed them but they still keep on loosening up. I bought another pair for Black Friday and it’s been good but I’m waiting till at least a year before I can let you know how it goes. Meantime I have a pair that are very frustrating when they continuously loosening up. I hope this is just a lemon. I don’t know how to get them replaced since it has a warranty. Please send me instructions to do so . That way at least a spare pair.

Didn’t need but wanted

They are nice, Sam doesn’t back junk! After doing hair for 32 years and rotator cuff surgery, I’m always looking to make work a little easier. I didn’t NEED another pair of shears, but couldn’t resist the amazing sale. For slice cutting this is my go to, otherwise I use other models!
